By accessing, browsing, or using the sicbo website at sicbo-khelo.com or any related application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that sicbo may publish from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sicbo regarding your use of our platform.

Sicbo reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the sicbo platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use sicbo's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. sicbo reserves the right to request written proof to verify your eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are not an employee, a family member of an employee, or an individual otherwise affiliated with sicbo or any of our service providers.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You have not previously been banned from sicbo or any associated platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on sicbo. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. sicbo will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the sicbo support team immediately.

• A sicbo account is for personal use only — it may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• sicbo reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account suspension.
• Each account must be linked to one valid primary payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Using a VPN or IP masking technology to access sicbo may result in account suspension.

Sicbo supports a wide range of local payment methods commonly used by Malaysians. All financial transactions on the sicbo platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). sicbo does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods at sicbo include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Funds are credited to your sicbo account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the method used.

• Withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes (e-wallets) to 30 minutes (FPX/bank transfer).

Sicbo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value for our members. All bonuses and promotions offered by sicbo are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective offers, as well as the general rules set out below.

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• Every promotional offer has an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

• Systematic "bonus hunting" that undermines the sustainability of the platform may result in account suspension.

Sicbo's Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, T20 World Cup cricket, IPL, Asia Cup, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. All bets are subject to the sport-specific rules and sicbo's general Sports Betting policies.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the member, except through the Cash Out feature (where available).
• sicbo reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or odds provider data error.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to potential data transmission delays. sicbo is not responsible for any discrepancy between the displayed score and the actual real-time score.
• Matches that are cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or not completed in their original format will result in the cancellation of all related bets and a full refund to the member's account.
• For cricket, ICC rules apply as the basis for settling bets, including the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for matches interrupted by rain.
• Sports Betting outcomes are based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. Appeals will not be considered once official results have been declared.

Sicbo maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or negatively affects other users will not be tolerated. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on sicbo:

• Operating more than one account (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the sicbo platform.
• Use of bots, automated software, or computer scripts in any game or bet.
• Exploiting any software vulnerabilities or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or unlawfully farm bonuses.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at sicbo staff or other members.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the sicbo system.

Sicbo reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, including instant suspension, thorough investigation, and disclosure to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Sicbo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice under certain circumstances, including but not limited to failed identity verification, suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, or a request from a competent authority.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the sicbo support team.
• Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may result in the forfeiture of the entire account balance with no right of appeal.
